Booking.com Promised €290 Price Match Refund After Paris Stay—Still No Response

We booked a hotel in Paris through Booking.com and later noticed that the price for the same stay dropped after our check-in date. Upon contacting Booking.com, they acknowledged the price difference and confirmed via email that we were eligible for a €290 refund under their price match policy.

Following our stay, I sent them the hotel payment invoice multiple times as requested, but I haven’t received any response since. It’s extremely frustrating to be promised a refund in writing and then completely ignored afterward. I’ve waited patiently and followed all the instructions, yet no progress has been made.

Booking.com, you need to honor your commitment. I’m requesting an immediate follow-up and refund as promised. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable from a global travel platform. Keep your word and resolve this matter now.
