Booking.com Refund Delay: 91.63 USD Still Not Returned After Canceled Paris Booking

I canceled my hotel reservation for February 14-20 in Paris, but the 91.63 USD charged to my card has still not been refunded. This amount should have been processed by Hotel Virgina Paris, but it has yet to appear in my bank account. Despite following up, there has been no resolution. I expect Booking.com’s customer service team to take immediate action and contact the hotel if necessary to ensure my refund is processed without further delays. This level of inaction and lack of communication is unacceptable. I trusted Booking.com to handle my reservation and refund promptly, and I demand my 91.63 USD to be returned to my account now!
