Booking.com Not Providing Invoices for My Stays in Athens and Thessaloniki

Between September 28 and October 1, 2025, I rented an apartment in Athens, and between October 1 and October 3, 2025, I rented another apartment in Thessaloniki through Booking.com. I made both payments directly through Booking.com ($160 for Athens and $196 for Thessaloniki). However, despite requesting invoices for both reservations, no invoice has been provided to me.
I requested the invoices to document the expenses for business purposes. I sent multiple messages to both the property owners and Booking.com customer service. The hosts stated that Booking.com is responsible for issuing the invoices, while Booking customer service repeatedly said they would contact the properties, constantly redirecting me without offering a real solution. It has now been 45 days, and I am still waiting.
I request that my invoices be issued and sent to me as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved.
