I Paid More on Booking.com Than Hotel’s Own Website and Got No Support or Response

I booked a 3-night hotel stay through Booking.com, fully aware that there was a 1-night cancellation penalty. Later, just out of curiosity, I checked the same room for the exact same dates on the hotel’s official website—and to my surprise, it was 15% cheaper.

Naturally, I contacted Booking.com customer service through the app to report the price difference and ask for a resolution. But no one ever responded. Not even a generic reply. It’s incredibly disappointing for a platform that claims to offer competitive pricing and professional service.

Don’t be fooled by Booking.com's corporate appearance. When a problem arises, they’re nowhere to be found. I feel misled and overcharged. Booking.com, I expect a price adjustment or refund of the difference immediately. This is not how you treat loyal customers.
