Philips HR3781/20 Hand Blender Failed After Just 10 Seconds

The hand blender attachment included in the Philips 5000 Series 3-in-1 Hand Mixer Set, model HR3781/20, malfunctioned during normal use before the product had even reached one year of ownership.
I plugged in the appliance to prepare lentil soup and pressed the power button. Just 5–10 seconds later, the device started making an unusual noise and then stopped working completely. Upon inspection, I noticed signs of melting and burning at the connection points between the main unit and the blender attachment.
When I submitted the product to an authorized service center, I explained exactly how the malfunction had occurred. I specifically emphasized that the appliance had only been operating for a few seconds and had not been used continuously or for an extended period.
Despite this explanation, the service report stated that the product had been used longer than the duration specified in the user manual and that this alleged misuse had caused the malfunction. On this basis, my warranty claim was rejected. I strongly disagree with this conclusion.
The appliance failed within just 5–10 seconds of operation, and I clearly communicated this fact when handing it over to the service center. However, this crucial detail appears to have been disregarded. Furthermore, I have not been provided with any specific technical findings or evidence explaining how the service center concluded that the product had been used for too long.
I would also like to emphasize that the blender attachment is an original component included in the box of the Philips 3-in-1 set. It is not a separately purchased accessory or an independently acquired product.
It is unacceptable that a product that has not even been used for a full year should fail in this manner during normal operation, only for the manufacturer to reject warranty coverage by attributing the problem to alleged user error without providing convincing technical evidence.
I request that the product undergo a new and thorough technical inspection, that Philips provide a clear explanation supported by concrete findings for the alleged misuse, and that the appliance be repaired free of charge under warranty. If repair is not possible, I request a replacement with an identical, defect-free product.
I expect Philips to provide a satisfactory explanation of this situation and resolve the inconvenience I have experienced without further delay.
Following my complaint, Philips representatives got back in touch with me. In the conversation, it was stated that the blender attachment would be sent to me and my address details were taken. Additionally, it was expressed that if I apply to the authorized service regarding the issue with the connection part where the attachment is installed, the necessary support will be provided. For now, the process is proceeding in this manner. I welcome Philips representatives reaching out to me again regarding the matter and taking steps toward a solution. I will also share the final status after the blender attachment reaches me and the service process is completed.
