I recently made a reservation at Kompose Boutique Hotel in Miami through Booking.com for a stay from July 27 to July 31, under the reservation number 478543. Since completing this booking yesterday, I have urgently needed to cancel the reservation and obtain a full refund. I have repeatedly tried to reach your customer service as well as the local phone number shown on your website for the hotel, but the local number does not work and I have not been able to reach anyone on any line despite multiple attempts. This lack of accessible support while I am facing an urgent issue with my reservation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I request that my reservation at Kompose Boutique Hotel in Miami be cancelled and that I receive a full refund as soon as possible. If the customer service or local contact numbers shown are not correct or current, I also ask that you urgently update your website with accurate and working contact information so that customers can actually reach you when needed.
