I Face Refund Refusal After Booking Calm Villa Bali on Booking.com
Between June 23 and June 26, I booked a stay at Calm Villa Bali through Booking.com under reservation number 4845632227. During the booking, I completed a payment of $200 with my credit card. Despite the payment being successfully processed, I never received the accommodation I paid for. I was left without service, which caused me significant stress and inconvenience.
After realizing the issue, I repeatedly tried to contact Booking.com customer service. Unfortunately, my calls were ignored, and no proper solution was offered. Instead of providing assistance, I felt deliberately stalled and could not find anyone willing to take responsibility. My registered phone number ending in 52 was also provided during my attempts to resolve this matter, yet no follow-up was made.
This is the first time I have ever faced such a problem with an online booking platform. I demand that Booking.com immediately refund the full $200 I paid and issue an apology for the inconvenience caused. I expect prompt action without further delay.
