Booking.com Customer Service Unreachable – Request Cancellation Support

I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach Booking.com customer service by phone regarding a booking cancellation. On 15 July I called the number 44 800652*** several times, but the line appears to be non-functional and I was unable to reach a representative or receive any assistance. It is very disappointing that a global company like Booking.com does not provide a reliable and accessible customer service phone line, especially when customers face urgent issues such as cancellations, refunds, booking modifications or payment problems. In such situations, we should be able to speak with a real person without unnecessary obstacles. A dependable customer support system is essential for maintaining customer trust and confidence, but my experience has been the opposite, leaving me frustrated and still without a solution to my cancellation issue. I kindly request that Booking.com promptly provide a working contact channel, review my case, and assist me with the necessary cancellation procedures as soon as possible.
