Booking.com Has Withheld My Host Payouts Since August 2025

I am a host on Booking.com in Troncones, Mexico, and I have not received any payments from Booking.com since August 2025. During this period, my reservations generated a total of approximately 8,000 US dollars, which Booking.com is still holding and has not transferred to me. Because my previous bank closed, I had to open a new bank account and I submitted all the new account details to Booking.com as requested. Despite this, I was told that the payment would not go through, while Airbnb and other platforms have had no problem sending payments to the same new account. This clearly shows that the issue is not with my bank information, but with Booking.com’s processing of my payouts. When I contacted Booking.com support, I was only told that the financial department would contact me, but no effective solution or clear explanation has been provided, and the money is still unpaid after almost nine months. I request that Booking.com immediately transfer all pending payouts totaling approximately 8,000 US dollars to my updated bank account and provide a clear confirmation of the payment. I also expect a written explanation for this long delay in releasing my funds.
