Booking.com Has No Customer Service Representatives

I made a reservation for Tbilisi Graf Hotel from Booking.com, and on the same day, the hotel clerk told me that there was an error in Booking that the room was not available, and that I had to cancel the reservation. I said that I would not accept this and explained the situation to Booking and asked for help. I received a message saying that they would get back to me within 24 hours, but no one was interested. As a result, I had to cancel my reservation and find another hotel. The same hotel made the same room available for reservation at almost twice the price after my cancellation.
