Wingie Withholds $42 Service Fee for Flight Reservation That Never Existed

I purchased a Pegasus Airlines flight ticket for my wife, E**** G*****, through the Wingie app owned by Enuygun.com. I was provided with the PNR code RIE93F. When my wife and 15 other passengers on the same reservation arrived at the airport for the June 23 flight at 5:30 AM, they were denied boarding after being told at the counter that no record existed for that PNR number or their names.

When I called Pegasus about this, I was informed that PNR numbers must begin with a digit and that no record existed in their system for such a PNR or those passenger names. In other words, the PNR provided to me by Enuygun/Wingie apparently never existed in Pegasus's system. Although I reported this in writing to Enuygun via email, they still refuse to take responsibility.

I paid a total of $378 for this ticket. Even though no actual flight or service was provided, Enuygun/Wingie deducted a "service fee" of approximately $42 and refunded only $339. The attached invoice from Wingie Enuygun Group clearly shows both the ticket price I paid and the service fee withheld. Because no flight occurred, passengers were stranded at the airport, and no such PNR or passenger existed in Pegasus records, I completely reject this fee deduction.

I demand a full refund of the entire ticket price I paid, amounting to $378. Issuing documentation with a nonexistent PNR and then withholding a "service fee" destroys trust and inflicts severe hardship on consumers. Not to mention the stress, wasted time, and emotional toll experienced by my wife and the other passengers stranded at the airport.

I request an urgent review of this issue, cross-referencing with Pegasus records to grant me a full refund without any deductions, and that necessary precautions be taken to prevent similar situations from happening to other consumers.
