Booking.com Canceled My Cyprus Hotel Reservation Without Refund or Explanation

I made a hotel reservation in Cyprus through Booking.com, expecting a smooth process. However, when I tried to contact the hotel, I received no response. I then reached out to Booking.com, but they also failed to reply.
After days of waiting, I suddenly received a cancellation notice—without any explanation or reason. To make matters worse, I was not refunded despite having no fault in this situation.
This is completely unacceptable. Booking.com’s customer service is useless, offering no assistance or clarification. I demand an immediate refund and a proper explanation of why my reservation was canceled without notice.
