I Got Overcharged on Booking.com – Price Jumped from €242 to €330

I fully paid for my Booking.com reservation in advance, yet when I arrived at the hotel, they demanded an additional €240 to allow check-in. I had no choice but to pay the extra fee to access the accommodation.
Despite multiple attempts to contact Booking.com over the past four days, I have received no resolution. Each time, I was told that someone would get back to me within 24 hours, but no action has been taken.
This situation is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate investigation and a full refund of the extra amount I was forced to pay. Booking.com must ensure better communication and support to prevent customers from being placed in such unfair situations.
