Booking.com Five Points Center Charged Me a Tax-Included Price, Yet the Hotel Took Extra Tourist Fees

I booked a 5-night stay at Five Points Center in Belgrade through Booking.com. At the time of booking, the total price clearly stated that all taxes were included, and I paid that full amount through the platform.
However, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they demanded an additional 1,600 Serbian dinars as a tourist tax — even though this fee should have been covered in the price I already paid. I asked for clarification, but the hotel insisted on the payment.
I contacted Booking.com customer service, only to discover that there’s no real support if you're based in Turkey. All you get is an auto-reply that tells you to call an international number, which is both expensive and impractical. There's no proper resolution process for Turkish users, and that’s completely unacceptable for a platform of this size.
Why am I being charged extra when I’ve already paid a “tax-included” price? I demand that Booking.com explain this inconsistency, refund the unjustified tourist tax, and improve support access for users in Turkey.
