I Was Overcharged on Booking.com Compared to My Friend and Can’t Reach Support

My friend and I booked the same hotel separately through Booking.com, but I was charged significantly more than they were—even though we selected the same room type and dates. I double-checked the confirmation and payment details, and the price difference is real and unjustified.

I’ve tried contacting Booking.com customer service, but there’s no way to get proper support. The Turkey-based phone number provided is either wrong or inactive, and I can’t afford to call the international number. There’s no working contact method to resolve my issue, which makes this even more frustrating.

I want Booking.com to explain why I was overcharged and refund the difference immediately. The lack of customer support access is unacceptable. Please correct this pricing discrepancy and provide a valid way to speak with a representative.
