Booking.com Does Not Refund Money and Does Not Respond
I have a property on Booking.com, they closed my property even though I paid their commission. I double-checked the payment details and everything was correct on my end. Then I paid 2 more times because I thought I made the wrong payment. Now they are not activating my property and they are not refunding. I’ve contacted them through every possible channel, but no one takes responsibility. Such a corporate company does not even have customer service. You send an e-mail and there is no answer, be careful when opening a property! It’s incredibly frustrating when your income is affected and you’re left in the dark.
