Booking.com Did Not Inform the Hostel and Refused to Compensate Me
I made a reservation through Booking.com for May 11th at Tirana Backpackers in Sevilla. However, when I arrived at the hostel, they said they hadn’t received any information about my booking. They told me to contact Booking.com and offered no help at all. I had to book another hotel on my own. When I contacted Booking.com, they said they couldn’t compensate my loss because I should have waited for them to relocate me. But I was exhausted, and the process of reaching them was taking too long. Booking.com did not take responsibility for their mistake and refused to cover my loss. I no longer recommend using Booking.com.
