Booking.com Charges €97 Despite Free Cancellation

I made a cancelable reservation through Booking.com for a property called Juna’s Guest House, with reservation number 6112347868. I canceled the reservation through Booking.com on December 18, before the free-cancellation deadline. Despite this, a charge of €97 was withdrawn from my bank account.
I was told that the charged amount would be refunded to me within 7–12 days, but as of January 12, no refund has been credited to my account. The process started on December 18, and despite the significant amount of time that has passed, it has still not been resolved. I also opened a dispute/chargeback request through my bank regarding this transaction, but I have not received a clear or satisfactory response from Booking.com’s finance department and feel that the issue is being delayed.
Even though I fully complied with the cancellation policy, I am now experiencing financial inconvenience because my refund has still not been processed. I request that the €97 payment for this canceled reservation be refunded to me in full as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of the delay and the handling of this issue.
