Booking.com Charged My Credit Card Without Permission

Booking.com charged my credit card without my permission. I haven't made any hotel reservations through Booking.com, yet a significant sum of money has been deducted from my account. I can't comprehend how a company can engage in such a disgraceful practice. I won't allow you to use this money.
Booking.com, after apologizing dozens of times two weeks ago saying that such mistakes unfortunately happen, said in the email that came yesterday that they would not make the payment because I have another reservation. I wrote back saying I did not have another reservation, asked them to provide the number, and requested them to share the reservation emails. They did not respond and just left me unanswered, only repeating that I have another reservation.
The booking company refused to refund my money, but fortunately, İş Bank provided the refund. If it weren't for them, the company wouldn't have paid. It is definitely an unreliable company; they supported the person who opened a fake account and made transactions with my credit card, but they did not support me.
