Booking.com Charged Without a Reservation – No Support Available

Booking.com withdrew ₺15,000 from my account, even though I never made a reservation. This charge was processed through Enpara (QNB Finansbank) without my knowledge or authorization. How can such a large amount be deducted from my account without my consent?
I have tried reaching Booking.com, but there is no way to contact customer support. No phone number, no proper response—just complete silence. This is outright theft! I demand an immediate refund and an explanation of why this happened. If my issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to all relevant authorities. Booking.com, return my money now! This is completely unacceptable.
