Boss Store Rejects Warranty Claim on Shrunk and Pilled T-Shirts

I purchased two Boss-branded t-shirts from the Boss store in Diyarbakır. These products, for which I paid a total of 9,000 TL, suffered severe shrinkage, tightness, and pilling within less than two months of purchase. Both items exhibit the exact same defects, and I can no longer wear either of them; they are effectively ruined.

After experiencing this issue, trusting that a major, industry-leading brand like Boss would support its customer, I brought the items to the Boss store in Diyarbakır Winston AVM and requested that they be sent for quality testing. Following their submission, I received zero updates for nearly 50 days. Unable to wait any longer, I personally went to the store to ask about the status, only to be verbally informed that the claim had been rejected. When I repeatedly asked for the specific reason behind the rejection, they merely claimed they would send an email; beyond that, no steps were taken to resolve my issue.

I am a long-standing customer who has shopped with this brand for years and purchased more items than I can count. Despite this loyalty, making me wait nearly 50 days for a inspection process on two t-shirts—only to issue a rejection without any clear, written justification—has completely alienated me from the Boss brand and left me deeply frustrated. When I asked store management for assistance, they tried to dismiss the matter by stating "there is nothing we can do." I believe this indifferent and unhelpful attitude towards a customer is entirely unacceptable for a brand of Boss's caliber.

Due to the shrinkage, tightening, and pilling, I have no way to wear these t-shirts again. Not only was the 9,000 TL I paid wasted, but my trust in a brand I have frequented for years has been severely shaken. I demand that my grievance be rectified, that a satisfactory solution be provided for these clearly defective products, and that a written explanation be issued detailing why the inspection took so long and why it ultimately resulted in a rejection.
