Hugo Boss T-Shirt Shrinks After Single 30°C Wash; Boyner Panora Denies Refund

On May 19, 2026, I purchased a Hugo Boss t-shirt from the Boyner Panora store in Ankara. I washed the item at 30 degrees in strict accordance with the care instructions on the label, and I definitely did not use a tumble dryer. Despite this, the t-shirt shrank visibly after a single wash and became completely unwearable.

When I brought the product back to the Boyner Panora store where I bought it, the staff informed me that they would send the item to the brand for inspection. After some time, I received a phone call informing me that both my refund and exchange requests were denied, and that no action would be taken. Experiencing such shrinkage despite following all washing instructions—and subsequently being offered no resolution—has left me thoroughly frustrated.

I believe the product is inherently defective. I demand that my grievance be resolved through either a full refund, a direct one-to-one replacement, or at least a gift voucher equivalent to the product's value.
