Brand-New Intel CPU and Lexar RAM Cause System Restarts

On July 7, 2026, at 11:46 AM, I purchased 1 Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 270k Plus Arrow Lake 3.7 GHz 24-core 40MB L2 cache Socket 1851 tray processor and 2 units of Lexar Thor RGB 2nd Gen LD5U16G60C36BV-RGS 16GB (1x16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL36 RAM under order number 4001642 from İncehesap.com. I have been trying to use the PC I assembled with these parts for 15 days, but ever since the system was first set up, the computer randomly restarts out of nowhere.

I attempted to solve the issue by reinstalling software from scratch multiple times and checking all configurations to ensure the problem was not caused by user error. Despite these efforts, after running normally for a short while, the computer suddenly displays an error screen and reboots. Although these components were purchased brand-new, this issue has completely ruined my experience with the system.

When I contacted İncehesap, I initially requested technical support, but received no meaningful assistance. They act as if they delivered the products flawlessly and as though the problem is entirely my fault or developed after the fact, continuously deflecting and directing me to manufacturer warranty services. Being pushed straight to warranty without receiving proper post-sales support or customer care is unacceptable. Having my request for a defective product exchange dismissed with mere referrals to warranty services leaves me with no proper point of contact and further exacerbates my grievance.

Regarding this rebooting issue experienced with my newly purchased processor and RAM, I demand that İncehesap take ownership of the process instead of washing their hands by deflecting customers to warranty, inspect the components to identify the defective parts, and replace the faulty products with brand-new units. I request that my grievance stemming from these newly bought items be fully resolved.
