On November 25, 2024, I made a reservation for Hotel Marta in Zurich, Switzerland, through Booking.com (Confirmation: 4617040140, Pin: 7253). Unfortunately, I had to cancel the reservation on the same day. I emailed the hotel directly, and they confirmed the cancellation, stating that the refund had been processed on their end. However, they mentioned that the delay might be due to Booking.com.
Despite waiting for several days, the refund has not been credited to my account. This delay is highly frustrating, and I am seeking immediate assistance from Booking.com to resolve the issue and ensure that my refund is processed promptly.
