Booking.com Charged Me in Pounds Instead of Euros for a Flight

On November 9, 2025, I purchased a ticket through Booking.com for a Pegasus Airlines flight to Cologne, Germany. During the purchase, the ticket price appeared as €123. However, after the payment was processed, I saw that £148 was withdrawn from my account. I used a German bank card for the payment, and the invoice also shows the amount as £148.

After noticing this, I tried to reach Booking customer service, but I couldn’t find any phone number or email address, and I wasn’t able to get any support. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it has seriously damaged my trust.

I request a refund of the price difference. I also expect an explanation as to why this happened in the first place.
