Booking.com Charged for Non-Existent Car Rental in Lesbos
We reserved a car through Booking.com for pickup in Lesbos. However, the partner companies they directed us to didn't actually have any vehicles available, yet they still processed our rental and took our money. The company representatives called to inform us that they had no cars, so we canceled the reservation. But because it was less than 48 hours before the pickup time, they're refusing to refund our money for a car that never existed in the first place. To make matters worse, we can't reach anyone at Booking.com, either by email or phone.
