Never Use Booking.com For Car Rental

I had a car rental reservation through booking.com, but upon arrival at the airport to pick up the car, the company shockingly refused to provide the car and canceled my booking. Desperate for a resolution, I reached out to booking.com but received no response. Their lack of customer support is maddening; you can't even reach them by phone, and they only respond with automated templates. It's been nearly a week since this nightmare unfolded, and there's been neither a response nor a refund. This ordeal disrupted my entire trip, forcing me to rearrange my return flight, accommodations, and travel plans.
I have exactly the same complaint. Even though ı rent my car by trusting Booking.com, they don't care about their customers. I reached out to customer service by using their online chat channel but everyone says something different. In the end, they don't trend to refund. The customer services told me that they tried to reach out to the local rental company (Greenmotion) but they couldn't find anyone who speaks English. Such a stupid excuse. I don't care about the car rental company. The communication between two companies is not my business. As a result, no refund and silence. I will raise the issue with the local authorities in the Netherlands. Then, ı will see the results of scamming.
