Booking.com Car Rental Denied Due to License, No Refund Provided
I booked a car for our trip to Lesbos through Booking.com. On the day of the rental, the car rental company refused to give us the car because they claimed our driver’s license was outdated. They informed us that the cancellation would need to be processed through Booking.com. However, when I contacted Booking.com, they refused to issue a refund. It’s extremely unethical to not refund money for a service that was never provided. I urgently request assistance in getting my money back for a service I couldn’t use. This situation is frustrating, and I expect a quick resolution.
