My Booking.com Car Rental No-Show - Unreachable Customer Service
I reserved a car through Booking.com, but when I went to pick it up, the rental company refused to give me the vehicle. I tried to contact Booking.com, but they don't have a phone line - at least none that I could find. I couldn't reach anyone for help. It's absurd that such a large company doesn't have accessible customer service. I struggled with the app for so long that I couldn't even file a complaint. This whole situation is ridiculous.
