I Canceled and Rebooked on Booking.com but Still Didn’t Receive My Refund

I canceled my original reservation on Booking.com and rebooked the same hotel for different dates. Booking.com assured me that my refund would be processed and credited back to my account. However, it has been quite some time, and I still haven’t received the refund. This delay is frustrating, especially since I followed all the required steps and was promised the refund without issues.

I rely on Booking.com for my travel plans, but this experience has shaken my trust. I urgently want my refund processed and credited immediately. I’m asking Booking.com to take responsibility and resolve this matter quickly. Waiting indefinitely for a refund is unacceptable, and I expect prompt support to fix this problem now.
