Booking.com Car Rental Refund Issue, Poor Customer Service

I attempted to contact Booking.com multiple times, but reaching anyone was impossible. Their customer service was unhelpful. The vehicle I rented and paid for four days was unavailable for pickup. When we went to the rental office, they informed us that no vehicles were available, and they couldn't assist us.

Moreover, an employee at the Surprice office in Tivat, Montenegro, physically attacked me and attempted to take and throw away my phone. He literally assaulted me. Despite reporting this incident to Booking customer service, they neither arranged my refund nor took action against Surprice. They are only interested in receiving commissions, but customer satisfaction is nonexistent. For such a large company, this is shameful.
