I rented a fully insured car from Sixt with reservation code 799213470 via Booking.com from May 2nd to May 9th at Podgorica Airport in Montenegro. However, upon arrival, Sixt representatives in Montenegro claimed the car wasn't insured, and I was forced to pay 216 Euros for a minor scratch. Despite emailing Booking.com, no one responded.
