Less than 48 hours before my reservation, which I had already paid for and was confirmed by the property, Booking.com canceled it due to overbooking by the hotel. There was no compensation offered, and the cancellation immediately impacted my credit card limit as the refund was not processed promptly.

This left me stranded without a room at the last minute, especially frustrating as most options were already sold out. Despite being a Genius Level 2 customer, Booking.com failed to provide the professional service I expected.

I chose Booking.com, trusting their reputation for reliability, yet they left me to deal with this inconvenience alone. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and compensation for the disruption caused.
