Booking.com Accommodation Reservation Cancel Resulted In Being Left Out at Dark

Unfortunately although we paid our accomodation fee for Budapest Kodaly Apartment and as we went to the apartment at 23:00, we could not reach the authorized person via mobile and whatsapp and could not stay at our reserved and paid room. We had to find another Hotel in the night time with a lot of cost. No one has returned back to us from booking.com and we just saw that the reservation has been cancelled the next morning and only some of the cost has written in the cancellation area to be paid. This is not acceptable. We request all our money back as we have no fault at all and request Kodaly Apartments to apologize from us. Our time and money is valuable and because of them we lost a lot of time and money.
