We Have Issues With Booking.com And Would Like A Refund




We reserved King Apartments in Budapest through Booking.com. Unfortunately, we encountered a very dirty room, as you can see in the photos. They did not clean anything. When we requested to change our room, they initially claimed it was not possible. However, when we contacted Booking.com, they showed us another room, which was also dirty. The staff's behavior was rude and they even shouted at us. The hotel did not provide any solutions, and their attitude remained unpleasant. We met other guests who shared the same complaints about the rooms and had decided to leave as well. Since you are a partner of this hotel, we believe you share some responsibility. We kindly request a full refund to address this bad experience, which we intend to share on various travel websites. Please assist us in getting a total refund.
