Booking.com Oslo Center Apartment Reservation Complaint
We reserved and paid for a stay at Oslo Center Apartment through Booking.com from June 29 to July 2. However, when we arrived at the hotel around 3:00 PM, the gentleman we contacted said he would be there in half an hour but never showed up, leaving us stranded for the night. We had to find alternative accommodations. While we were waiting, another group arrived and stated that they had been attempting to contact someone since 1:00 PM but had received no response.
The following morning, we learned that our reservation had been canceled. When we called again, they said to come at 9:00 a.m. We went, but the door remained closed, and we were unable to contact anyone. Booking.com is refusing to refund us.
