On May 3, 2025, at exactly 2:28 AM, €340 (about ₺12,000) was withdrawn from my credit card by a charge labeled “BKG Hotel”—without my knowledge or authorization. I was asleep at that hour and did not initiate any transaction whatsoever. I immediately reported the unauthorized charge to my bank and took all necessary steps to block the card and dispute the transaction.
I have kept all related documents, messages, and screenshots to prove that I never made such a booking. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach a single responsible person from Booking Hotel to explain the issue. There is no clear communication channel or support number, especially not one accessible from Turkey, even though they process payments from Turkish customers.
I urgently demand a full refund for this fraudulent charge and an official explanation from Booking Hotel. It is unacceptable that a platform handling sensitive payment data provides no real-time assistance for unauthorized transactions. Please address this immediately—I expect Booking to be accountable and responsive.
