On May 31, 2025, two unauthorized charges of 12,841₺ and 37,765₺ were made from my Garanti Bank card by bkghotel at Booking.com without my permission or approval. Strangely, despite receiving notifications for every other transaction—even down to 1 kuruş—I never received any alerts for these large withdrawals. To make matters worse, the booking page still shows the charge as completed. I am unable to file a dispute within 24 hours, which feels like a complete injustice. What good is disputing after the fact when the money is already gone? It’s ridiculous that I wasn’t informed or asked for approval for these transactions while every other payment requires explicit consent. I demand immediate resolution and full accountability from Booking.com and Garanti Bank.
