Avis Dubai Made Me Pay Insurance Twice After Booking.com Error

On November 9, 2025, we rented a car through Booking from the Avis Dubai office and paid a €108 full insurance fee to Booking during the reservation process. However, when we went to pick up the car, we were told that Booking had not transferred the insurance payment to Avis, and we were forced to pay the same amount again. As a result, we lost €108.

I contacted Booking customer service to resolve the issue, but they did not provide any assistance and my problem was not resolved. We waited for 5 hours hoping for a solution, but received no help.

I request a full refund of the €108 that we were unfairly charged.
