Bigpoint Seafight Unfair Ban And Customer Service Complaint

I am very frustrated with Bigpoint. I cannot access my ship named “Ya***,” and I assume that I have been banned, but no explanation was ever provided. This feels like a feudal system where decisions are made without transparency or accountability. Because of bot users, the game has already become unplayable, and even when we report them, nothing is done. Yet when it comes to us, loyal players, action is taken immediately, even if it means destroying years of effort. I have spent 15 years building my ship, investing both time and money, and now it feels like all of that has been thrown away due to arbitrary and unfair enforcement. These kinds of practices are driving players away from the game. I demand an explanation, the removal of this unfair ban, and proper action against real cheaters instead of punishing long-time players.
