Beyond VR Unauthorized Charge: Demanding Refund

I only recently became aware that Beyond VR had unexpectedly added a charge to my account in the amount of 170 TL. I am requesting a refund for this purchase that was made without my permission. It is unethical to take money from other people without first obtaining their permission. I have not downloaded or used this application in any way, and the purchase was not made by me in any way, shape, or form; it was made without my authorization. I strongly urge that this problem be solved as quickly as possible. I am grateful.
