Tracelo.com Charged ₺949 Without My Consent—I Want a Full Refund

Tracelo.com withdrew ₺949 from my account without my authorization. I have never used their service, never even seen their app, yet my money was taken without my knowledge.

I demand an immediate refund! How is this allowed to happen? Is there no oversight for these kinds of unauthorized online charges? This is completely unacceptable.

Tracelo, return my money now! If I do not receive my refund promptly, I will escalate this issue and take further action. No one should have to deal with random charges for services they never used! I expect a resolution immediately!
