I recently discovered that Supercell charged my Yapı Kredi Bank card for a large amount without my permission or prior knowledge. I never authorized any such payment, and I have no idea how the company accessed my card details in the first place. This raises serious concerns about payment security and data protection.
I have not made any recent in-app purchases, nor have I shared my payment information with anyone. The fact that a charge of this size could be processed without my consent has left me feeling frustrated and financially harmed.
I am formally disputing this charge and demanding an immediate full refund of the unauthorized amount. I also expect Supercell to investigate how my card information was obtained and to provide assurances that such an incident will not happen again.
