I recently discovered that mSpy has charged ₺1870 from my account without my authorization. I never completed any transaction, nor did I approve any payment. I only explored the app and checked its features. However, after seeing the high subscription cost, I decided not to proceed. Despite this, the charge was still deducted from my account without my consent.
My main purpose for checking the app was to retrieve deleted messages, specifically from Messenger. When I saw the cost during the sign-up process, I did not confirm or authorize the purchase. Later, I accessed the app again, and it prompted me to enter some details, but once again, after reviewing the pricing, I decided not to proceed. Even though I never explicitly approved the transaction, I was still charged.
I am requesting an immediate refund, as this charge was made without my approval. I have already reached out via email (d*@gmail.com**), but I have yet to receive any resolution.
