Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service from BetterMe App

I bought a 7-day plan from the BetterMe app, but unauthorized charges of 16 and 285 lira were deducted from my account without my knowledge. Today, at 11:45 a.m., an additional 500 lira was deducted from my account without my knowledge. I am unpleased with the app and demand a refund of my money immediately. I tried emailing the customer service team, but their responses were unhelpful, and I was unable to cancel my account. I desperately request a refund and cancellation of my subscription from the app developers. Such unauthorized charges are unacceptable, and as a consumer, I have the right to demand that this matter be resolved as soon as possible. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, and I highly advise BetterMe to improve its customer service and refund policies in the future to avoid similar incidents.

"Thank you for processing my refund. Subscription renewals should definitely continue with approval, as automatic billing is not a correct practice; money was withdrawn from my card even though I canceled. This is just my humble opinion, thank you."
