I Face Unauthorized Charge on Mobile Bill for PUBG Mobile Purchase

In my August mobile bill, I noticed an additional charge of ₺1,753 listed under “Pugg Mobil.” I never authorized this transaction, nor was I even aware it had occurred. When I contacted my mobile operator’s customer service to dispute the charge, they claimed that I had personally approved it. This is completely untrue—I did not give any consent, and I have no knowledge of making such a purchase.
This unauthorized billing has caused me financial and emotional distress. I have not received any verification messages, purchase confirmations, or receipts from PUBG Mobile regarding this charge.
I am demanding a full refund of the ₺1,753 and a thorough investigation into how this transaction was processed without my permission. I expect immediate action to ensure that such unauthorized charges do not happen again.
