Beymen Sent Me Hermes Shoes Instead of Aquazzura and Ignored My Complaints



I bought 2 aquazzura shoes from you. 1 of them was not sent because it was supposedly defective, but before I bought the shoes, I had the customer representative working at Beymen Kavaklıdere branch send photos of the shoes and confirmed that they had them. Despite this, the shoes were sent to me. This shoe was probably sold to 10 people at the same time. The other shoe just arrived, the shoes do not have the original box, let alone the dust bags, they are not Aquazzura brand but Hermes brand! Since when did Beymen start selling Hermes? I really think you are going through a mental breakdown. Your credibility is in everyone's hands. I am sure that this message of mine will not be taken into consideration by you, just like they cannot solve any problems whenever I call your customer service. But from now on, I will point out your company's careless and unimportant attitude towards its customers on every platform
