Stradivarius Türkiye 50147601424 came to me wrongly ı mean The product I received is not the same as the order I placed.. I talked with Betül Hanım from customer service and stated that my leg is broken and I can't come for the return of the product, the product is either from the address or a refund is provided or I requested that they send the correct product. Nothing was accepted. There can't be such a customer service concept. I am shocked the store in this victimization of me today. Their expectations should have even said this sentence for me to correct their own mistakes with my leg broken.! I request a refund.!
