No Coupon Refund for Cancelled Orders
On August 22, I purchased a product listed as in stock on Beymen.com (Order No: BEY20250822-11423252). However, about a week later, on August 30, I was informed that the product could not be supplied. As compensation, I was given a ₺900 voucher as an apology. I used this voucher on September 1 for another order (Order No: BEY20250902-11527919). But since the product I purchased dropped by more than ₺1000 on the same day, I had to cancel my order. In that canceled order, I used the ₺900 voucher and paid a total of ₺4295 (without the voucher the price was ₺5195, paid by credit card in 4 installments). When I canceled the order, the voucher was not reissued to my account, leaving me unable to use it, and the refunded amount is reflected in installments on my card, causing financial difficulty. Today, I contacted Beymen customer service both via email and live chat. Through live chat, I was told that if an order using a voucher is canceled, the voucher cannot be reissued, and no action can be taken. By email, I have not received any response yet. I placed my orders from Ankara through Beymen’s website. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and my orders were made under Beymen’s sales contract and return policy. I request that my grievance be resolved and that the ₺900 voucher used in my canceled order be reissued to my account.
