ZERO After Sales Service from Dolce Gabbana

I purchased a pair of shoes from Dolce Gabbana at the Zorlu Center shopping mall on December 11, 2022. However, I encountered a few issues with the shoes, so I took them to the Dolce Gabbana store at Zorlu Center on July 15, 2023, and handed them over to Mr. M. Based on my call on September 11, 2023, I was informed that Mr. M. had received the product. However, Mr. M. stated, "I have received the results from the product, but I cannot take any action as the product has not reached me." It has now been 71 days, and the matter remains unresolved. Frankly, it seems that Mr. M. is not very proactive in handling this issue. I have also tried reaching out to Beymen, but no one seems to care, and promises of callbacks have gone unfulfilled. I initially purchased the shoes for 16,191.67 TL on December 11, 2022. Currently, I have no shoes, and when I look for a replacement, they are in the range of 32,000 TL. I feel like a victim in this situation, and I am seeking a resolution to my victimization. I hope that the necessary steps will be taken, and a solution will be provided promptly. It's disappointing that Beymen does not stand behind its products. Thank you, and I hope for a swift resolution.
